These guidelines cover important details such as check-in and check-out times, guests, children, pets, and payments, so you know what to expect throughout your stay.
Hotel Dushore has clearly defined house rules, particularly around arrival times, occupancy, smoking, pets, and use of in-room appliances.
Hotel Dushore uses specific rules designed around a small independently operated property. Guests should pay particular attention to arrival hours, cancellation terms, maximum occupancy, and restrictions involving pets, smoking, or personal cooking appliances. Reservations may occasionally carry different cancellation conditions, so the terms attached to the actual booking take precedence.
Check-In
The rental period begins at 4:00 PM on the arrival date. Guests expecting to arrive after 10:00 PM must obtain after-hours entry instructions. Pre-arrival registration is available for a more streamlined check-in process.
Check-Out
Check-out is required by 11:00 AM on the departure date. The property does not treat significantly earlier arrival or later departure as a routine extension of the booking period.
Minimum Age
Guests must be at least 21 years old or share the room with someone aged 21 or older. Children may not be left unattended in guest rooms.
Deposit and Cancellation
Reservations require a deposit. Under the standard cancellation policy, cancellations made more than seven days before arrival and before the stated cutoff receive only a partial deposit refund, while cancellations made seven days or less before arrival can result in the full reserved stay being charged. Shortening a stay after booking may also be treated as a cancellation, and refunds are not provided for late arrival or early departure. Some reservations can carry different terms, so the confirmation issued with the booking should be checked carefully.
Room Occupancy
Rooms with one bed permit a maximum of two guests. Rooms with two beds permit a maximum of four guests. These limits include children where stated for the room category, and exceeding the permitted occupancy can result in cancellation of the reservation.
Pet Policy
Pets are not permitted inside Hotel Dushore or in guest rooms. Animals also cannot be left inside vehicles parked on the property.
Smoking Policy
Smoking is prohibited throughout the interior of the hotel. The rule also covers vaping, e-cigarettes, cannabis, candles, incense, and other open flames inside the building.
Cooking and Personal Appliances
Guests may use the microwave and other appliances supplied with applicable rooms, but privately brought cooking appliances and thermal devices are prohibited. This includes items such as hot plates, air fryers, toasters, space heaters, and personal fans.
Housekeeping
Routine housekeeping is provided for reservations of three nights or longer. Shorter stays receive limited service as needed. Management also reserves access to rooms for safety checks, property-condition checks, emergencies, or suspected unlawful activity.
Property Damage
Guests are responsible for damage caused by themselves or members of their party. Damage to rooms, furnishings, décor, linens, or other hotel property may result in additional charges based on replacement or cleaning requirements.
